On February 26th, 2013, technicians completed continuing education training hours for our certified programs on both maintenance and expanding our knowledge of licensing requirements.

lectureEvery year, we meet the challenge of providing quality training experiences with relevant information on the latest technologies in our industry. We even took some time to look at systems about to be released later this spring in wireless technologies. We covered older equipment and system issues; we also discussed ways to stay knowledgeable about how these systems are wired, installed, maintained, and serviced.

The training facility has made it easier to use the latest technologies in training, making it more meaningful and relevant than ever before. We watched online streaming video presentations on the new low voltage and other wireless control systems from Bryant and other manufacturers. We covered various zone systems and different manufacturers’ systems to make sure we understand and are best able to service our customers and the varied types of systems we encounter.

The service department reviewed various tasks and the most common concerns as well as how to deliver practical solutions to our customers. Sharing problem-solving solutions make us all better at what we do; additionally, it gives us an appreciation for our co-workers.

Through our focus on year-round training, we equip our experienced HVAC technicians with the latest in technology. We have the largest number of NATE-certified technicians (North American Technician Excellence).
