  • Nathan has been our service person for a good number of years now and we totally trust him to keep our heating and air conditioning working great. He keeps us advised about the condition of our furnace (17 years old) and does a wonderful job of keeping it in great shape. When the time comes to replace our furnace it will, like our new air conditioner, be purchased from Standard Heating and Air Conditioning.

  • The technician, Elliot was very competent and quickly figured out what was wrong with our air conditioner. He called 30 minutes before arriving just like he was supposed to and arrived almost exactly when he said he would. He was courteous and a pleasure to work with.   • Always deal with polite customer service reps. With this new furnace-A/C my questions are answered thoroughly and explained so I can understand what to do if anything happens again. Chris has been equally as impressive as Nathan. Been with Standard since 1984!

  • Your tech Benton was VERY thorough! When he was done he took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I understood what the problem was with the air conditioner. He was GREAT! I was also pleasantly surprised to talk to a real lady on the phone at 7:30 in the morning. She was wonderful!

This holds true for Sales Personnel, the individuals who schedule appointments and your Technicians that arrive for the job. Your Technicians are excellent! They are very knowledgeable and well trained in being able to resolve problems.

  • The sales representative came through my house and did a full house inspection to give me her best recommendation. She was knowledgeable and wasn’t trying to push anything on to us that she felt was too much or undesired. I felt as if she truly wanted to give her best recommendation for our needs vs trying to sell something specific. Gave us the best price out of the competition and was honest in her feedback about the unit she wanted to install. Very happy!

  • I liked your “soft-sell” salesperson, who did not try to push me to buy a more expensive product or something I didn’t need. I like the energy star ranking for your company and your recycling program. All people involved in the process (inspection, sales, installation) were punctual, professional, unobtrusive, and friendly. They explained things well and did a nice, tidy job.
