  • I was able to have a technician come out the same day, as well as a sales guy since our furnace needs to be replaced, and I just felt that everyone was really working hard to get us back up and running ASAP. I also appreciated the fact that the salesman wasn’t trying to sell us everything under the sun, only what we need and fits our house.
