What’s the Condenser Unit? It's what takes the heat out of the refrigerant. The air conditioner absolves the heat energy out of the house by evaporating the refrigerant, and it comes out to the condenser and gets condensed, which releases the heat energy.

What are the 4 Tips for an Air Conditioner Tune-Up?

1. Keep the condenser coil clean – outside unit and clearance
2. Get a licensed technician to balance the refrigerant charge
3. Keep a clean furnace filter – all year long
4. Make sure the drain system is clear
