With three visits per year you can rest assured that your equipment is running safely and efficiently. At the price of what most companies charge for one tune up you will get the benefit of three. Sign up for our multiple year packages and save even more. With the utility repair plans, you pay money for repairs before they happen. With the Smart Plan you can prevent those problems from happening in the first place.

- 24 Hour Heating Service - During the long Minnesota winter you can be assured that we will be there for all your heating needs day or night.
- Priority Customer Status - As a Smart Plan customer you are our priority! You can jump ahead of the line when you call. Your job will be scheduled ahead of others.
- Extended Hours and Saturdays - As a Smart Plan customer you can schedule your maintenance later in the day or on Saturdays to avoid having to take time from work.
- 10% Discount - You will receive a 10% discount on any repairs for as long as you remain a Smart Plan customer.
- Transferable - Your Smart Plan agreement can either be transferred to your new home or to the buyer of the home you are selling. Your choice!
